LivewirE911™ (VoIP E9-1-1)

TCS offers LivewirE911™, an award winning 9-1-1 platform to provide reliable emergency services to Cable MSOs, VoIP and Digital Phone subscribers.  LivewirE911 provides call routing and ALI data delivery to assure the identity and location of the fixed, nomadic, and mobile subscribers for prompt and accurate emergency dispatch.

With LivewirE911, TCS has delivered to the public safety community a NENA standards based i2 platform designed with Cable MSOs and digital VSPs in mind. LivewirE911 gives VSPs the ability to automate most of the exhaustive data provisioning activity while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data. A key requirement of ensuring data transparency and real-time data management through a rich Web based interface for data management is also part of the LivewirE911 platform.

• Dramatically improves Order Velocity – (the rate of service activation) by removing 911 from the critical path, because of TCS’ near real-time Address Validation and MSAG identification capabilities (which are bundled in LivewirE911).
• Eliminates inefficient legacy platforms and technology – This allows VoIP Service Providers and Digital Phone Service Providers to keep pace with the market.
• Efficient Call Processing – TCS’ near real-time provisioning is the location validation interface for static, nomadic, or mobile subscribers.
• Simplifies Provisioning and Routing – Using the NENA i2 model (which is patterned after Wireless 9-1-1) p-ANIs are associated to subscriber phone numbers during call time and the associated subscriber location is dynamically populated in the ALI.  This eliminates the Local ALI Service Order input process.
• NENA i2 SIP based interface – Typically no development is required for the Service Provider to activate the routing interface with TCS.
• LivE911™ -Rich GUI based data management – A web-portal enabling 9-1-1 analysts to manage subscriber data in real-time.
