• Interface Team lead for financial management system developing interfaces between two Intelligence Community (IC) member financial systems in Objective C on NeXT platform
• Lead developer for JAVA-based TechELINT Signal Folder application capable of storing signal parametrics and multi-media (e.g., audio files, analysis tool screen captures, raw collection files, etc.) in Oracle as Binary Large Objects (BLOBs)
